ICU (I See You) is a short film where the visual world was shaped entirely by my hands and thoughts. Alongside screenplay, cinematography, and direction, the production design was conceived and built by me. Every prop, element, and space carries intention, reflecting how power and politics quietly enter and break human lives. The design is not decoration, but a silent voice that holds the weight of the story.

Dubshatar (In too Deep)–Feature Film
I served as Production Designer, Art Director, and Assistant Director for this film which tells the story of Renu, a remarkable young woman from a lower-middle-class family. Working in an NGO for drug awareness, she meets a wealthy man and falls in love. Amid family struggles-her elder brother is blind and her younger brother is addicted to drugs-Renu faces tragic consequences: her lover is killed by her brother and his friends, leading her to lose her unborn child. The film is a delicate exploration of love, class, and loss.
Jaago–Feature Film
As Production Designer, I shaped the visual world of this film centered on a Bangladeshi football team during the Liberation War. The story follows “Comilla Ekadash,” whose leader is incapacitated in an accident, leaving his younger brother to lead the team in a decisive match against the Pakistani team. The film stars Ferdous and Bindu and celebrates courage, determination, and national pride.
Laal Moroger Jhuti–Feature Film
I worked as Production Designer and Associate Director on this 2023 feature, a cinematic retelling of a real event during the Bangladesh Liberation War of 1971. The story focuses on the construction of Sodepur Airport by the Pakistan Army, highlighting the struggles of local laborers. The film received a government grant and resonated deeply with audiences.

Projonmo Talkies is a YouTube-based short film platform that reflects on pressing social realities. For the short film Aquarium, production design shaped a quiet yet haunting space around the story of a helpless little girl and the invisible prison we unknowingly build inside our own homes. Every element was designed to echo silence, fear, and emotional confinement.
